Deliveries

At I.N.Z.I.T, we aim to ensure that your purchases reach you quickly, and in tip-top condition.

We Normally despatch items by the following working day, although please note our standard despatch terms are that we ship within 48 Hours following Receipt of payment.

All items are individually wrapped with Bubble Wrap, to provide maximum protection of the items during transit.

All items (unless otherwise specified) are shipped by trackable methods, and will require a signature at the point of delivery.

We only charge you for the Cost of Postage, plus the Cost of the packaging materials required to send your package. We check our Postage Records every week, and in the event we find that the P&P charged has been excessive, we ALWAYS REFUND any overcharge back to the customer.

For UK Deliveries

For Deliveries or Items Up To 2 Kg in Weight - The method of shipping is First Class Recorded Mail. We can send such items by Special Delivery (Next Day) if you request, but this method may be subject to a surcharge.

For Deliveries or Items between 2 Kg and 4 Kg in Weight - The method of shipping is usually by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, although for higher value purchases we may choose to use reputable courier services.

For all Deliveries or Items in excess of 4Kg in weight, we use Courier Delivery Only.

For all Overseas ( Non UK) Deliveries

For Deliveries or Items Up To 2 Kg in Weight - The method of shipping is by Royal Mail International Signed for Postage (Airmail), which can take up to 10 working days for delivery to be attempted, depending on your location.

For Deliveries or Items over 2 Kg in Weight - We will only use reputable courier services, and delivery will generally be attempted within 7 working days, dependant on your location.

All items are insured during transit, so in the unlikely event that they go missing or are damaged in transit, you can easily claim compensation from the Carrier used to deliver your item.

If your item does not arrive within the timeframe we specify on our Despatch E-Mail, please feel free to contact us, and we will try to track the whereabouts on the item for you.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials for inspection in the event that items unexpectedly arrive damaged.
