It is our policy to sort out any problems you may have with your purchase however small.
Our returns policy.
(1) Damaged or Defective Items
Buyers must notify us via Electronic Mail, within 24 hours of delivery of the item, regarding defects or damages, and MUST retain the original packaging for inspection if required.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge, or a full refund offered within 30 days, although we reserve the right to request photographic evidence to support your complaint, and/or the items return to INZIT.
If we request the item is to be returned to us, they MUST be delivered back to us within 30 days. Please note that INZIT reserve the right to request that the customer pays for the return postage costs should we deem necessary.
If the damaged / faulty goods are not in our receipt within the 30 days Return Period (starting on the date of request to return), and you cannot supply 'proof of posting' the items back to us within 5 working days of the return request, then it will be deemed that you have retracted your damaged/faulty item complaint, and as such no replacement item or refund will be made.
(2) In the event that you decide to withdraw from purchase
You must notify us (via Electronic Mail) within 7 days following Order Confirmation, of your intent to withdraw, and must abide by the following conditions.
We agree to reimburse you, free of charge, within 30 days of notification of withdrawal, the purchase price you paid for the goods or services, although we do reserve the right to charge you for the cost of sending any goods despatched to you, (which shall be by deduction from Postage and Packaging Element of the total price you paid).
In the event you withdraw prior to the items leaving our premises, you will be re-imbursed the full purchase price paid, AND also any charges paid for covering Postage and Packaging.
In the event you withdraw from the contract after the items have left our premises, The cost of returning goods is solely the responsibilty of YOU, the consumer, and refunds will only be processed once we are receipt of returned goods, which must be in their original condition, complete in the factory sealed packaging, and fit for resale.
If the goods are not in our receipt within the 30 days Refund Period starting on the date of your withdrawal, and you cannot supply 'proof of posting' the items back to us within 7 working days of your notification of withdrawal, then it will be deemed that you have retracted your withdrawal notification, and as such no refund will be made.
Naturally enough the goods must be returned undamaged and unopened. Failure to return the items in their original condition, complete with the factory sealed packaging, will result
(3) Undeliverable Packages
Every once in a while, we will have a package returned to us because the post office or couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-despatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price you have paid for the items.
(4) Gift Returns
The same rules for returning regular items apply to items that have been received as gifts, with the following exceptions:
- If you return the item to us, the refund will be paid to the customer that made the original purchase.
For All Returns
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:
- Send the product in its original packaging.
- Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
- Include a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order number and details of your original payment method, along with the product.
